Welcome to Navigating the Telehealth Neighborhood: Patient Portal Training for Digital Navigators! This course helps digital navigators support digital health participants in using patient portals to manage their health. In section one, the course covers portal basics, navigator responsibilities, benefits, key functions, and best practices. Section two provides a patient portal toolbox to help navigators learn about common barriers, solutions, and portal policies as they assist participants in managing their health through patient portals.
