The TeleBehavioral Health 101 Series is a fundamental guide to providing high-quality behavioral health care through telemedicine. This CME-accredited 7-part series is designed for providers new to telebehavioral health or those looking to build a strong foundation in virtual care. Each session explores a core aspect of telebehavioral health and offers practical insights and tools to help you deliver clinically effective, high quality, and equitable mental health care virtually.

*For Washington State Providers: “Introduction to TeleBehavioral Health and Policy Overview,” meets the requirements for telehealth training as established by Washington SSB6061, effective January 2021. Completion of a brief quiz is required.
There are no prerequisites: learners are not required to take the series sequentially, nor are learners required to take all the sessions in the series to obtain continuing education credits or a certificate of completion.
At the completion of each session in the series, learners will be asked to complete an evaluation which will lead to a personalized Certificate of Completion, as well as information about obtaining Continuing Medical Education credits. Each course is worth 1 credit hour of continuing education. Please contact the University of Washington CME office cme@uw.edu with any questions regarding CME credits.
